The brief

House of Champs is a Delaware-based sports performance brand built around speed coaching for athletes. The knowledge was there, the training content was written, and the videos were filmed — what was missing was the infrastructure to package it all into a polished, sellable product.

The scope was specific: design the PDF guide from their written content, build and design the landing page, install and configure WooCommerce with a customized checkout, and build out a welcome email flow for new buyers.

What I built
PDF training guide design
Took their written training content and designed it into a complete, polished guide — layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand-consistent styling. A finished product built from the ground up.
Landing page design + build
Designed and built the sales landing page — structured to walk a visitor from awareness to purchase, with copy and layout working together to move them toward checkout without friction.
WooCommerce install + checkout customization
Installed and configured WooCommerce on their existing site, then customized the checkout to feel seamless and on-brand.
Email welcome flow
Built the post-purchase welcome sequence — edited and refined their copy, designed the emails, and implemented the full flow so every new customer received a polished experience from day one.
The thinking

A project like this is about trust transfer. The coach already had credibility — real expertise, real results with real athletes, and content that reflected both. The job was to make sure the product packaging communicated that credibility before a single page was read.

A poorly formatted guide or a clunky checkout creates doubt. A well-designed product removes that doubt entirely. Working remotely with an international client also meant the process had to be tight — clear communication, efficient feedback rounds, and delivery that did not require hand-holding.

Testimonial coming soon — reaching out this week.

The outcome

A professionally designed training guide — content transformed into a product that justified the price.

A complete purchase experience live from launch day — landing page, WooCommerce checkout, and welcome email flow all working together.

The gap between content ready and product selling closed cleanly, on schedule, and without friction.

A smooth remote collaboration across borders — geography was not a factor.
